Everyone I spoke to thoroughly enjoyed the evening and in fact, I heard from numerous guests that is was, by far, Labware’s best event ever. The food was fantastic, the “drink” never stopped flowing (thanks to your very pleasant and efficient bartenders), and the fun just never ended – until the buses rolled in, that is! The outdoor activities, and especially the Rodeo, were a huge hit and gave everyone a true taste of Texas – which is exactly what we set out to do. I’ve been planning events for more years than I care to mention, and the most important thing I’ve learned is that it’s the people “behind the scenes” that make the difference. GROUNDS & AMENITIES
The event was fantastic - we all had a great time. The food was wonderful, the staff were all friendly and fun, the music was perfect, the atmosphere was lively, yet relaxed – truly a terrific way to kick off our week-long VIP event. Each we try and do something very special for our first night – which we refer to as our “Welcome Dinner”. This was indeed the perfect choice. Our staff has heard dozens of wonderful compliments about that evening, thanks to you all. I know our “Welcome Dinner at rio Cibolo Ranch” will be talked about for many years to come. Thank you for giving us wonderful memories of out visit to San Antonio.
